INGREDIENTS:

200gr oats
20gr flaked coconut
60gr almonds or dried fuit or nut of choice
60gr raisins
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup*
3 tbsp coconut oil
1 pinch of salt
1/2 tbsp vainilla extract

*the healthiest choice would be using maple syrup.

PREPARATION:

Preheat oven to 180˚C / 350˚F.

Mix the dry ingredients (first 4 items of the list) and reserve. In a separate bowl mix the rest of the ingredients and once they are all blended mix them with the dry ingredients. Place the mix in baking pan and place in the oven for about 15 minutes or until golden.
