This recipe is great for breakfasts and brunches plus is super easy and quick, so you don’t have an excuse. Here it goes:
1 grated apple
1/2 cup almond meal
cinnamon to taste
In the same bowl that you grated the apple add the cinnamon (we used about 1/2 tbsp) and the almond meal, mix well, add the egg and start pouring the almond milk until dough is sticky about 3/4 cup.
In a saucepan heat the coconut oil and cook the pancakes. Isn’t that easy?
RECO: Top it with maple syrup or honey and berries of your choice and you won’t regret it. You can also sprinkle grated coconut or walnuts.
