Choco Bites
We did one version with oats (original recipe) and one with quinoa.

Ingredients
  1. 1 cup oats*
  2. 1/4 cup honey
  3. 1/4 cup coconut oil
  4. 1/2 cup peanut butter
  5. 1/3 cup unsweetened cacao
Instructions
  1. In low heat melt the honey and coconut oil, then add the peanut butter and mix. Once it's all blended remove from heat, add cacao and oats or quinoa.
  2. Mix until blended, place in parchment paper and freeze.
Notes
  1. *for the quinoa version replace the cup of oats for 1 1/2 cooked quinoa
