Coconut crepes

Ingredients
  1. 4 egg whites
  2. 1/2 banana
  3. 3 tbsp oat flour
  4. 1 tbsp coconut flour
  5. 1/2 tsp vainilla extract
  6. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  7. 1/2 tsp chia seeds
  8. Coconut oil spay or coconut oil
Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend. Spray the pan and pour part of the mixture to fill it and cook booth sides. Depending on the size of your pan and how thick you make them it will server about 4 or 5 crepes.
  2. One of the best combinations in my opinion is creme cheese and strawberries.
Notes
  1. In order for the crepes not to stick to the pan make sure you spray the pan between crepes and have it really hot.
